Not that it's needed but its nice to give kudos when earned.
Had a BA insulated air core pad that I purchased at REI a few years back.
It got some leakage and I tried patching it twice. Slowed the leak down but wasn't a total cure. Sent it in to BA for better repair. Hell, they just replaced it with the latest and greatest for free.
Hard to complain about that kind of service.

America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

This!! My uninsulated air core is starting to lose some air after 13 years. I definitely feel I got my money's worth. I like BA stuff.
