Yep, takedown and pistol grip, smooth buttplate. All numbers match.

Now you're talking, Rory! I love it. If you ever get tired of it... I shared a few cell phone pics with a couple guys yesterday. You're about 3rd in line. Not flawless, but given it's 104 years old I'm thrilled. Thin chip gone from top of buttplate, couple of small tang cracks starting. Nice! How'd ya' trip over it?? Actually I'd been looking at it online for a few months. Cabela's had it, but their pics weren't great and price was a bit much to take a risk on it. Stopped by and picked it up and said, "Oh My...". Wife and the boys even oohed and aahed and said it was "pretty". Was that the one at Cabela's in Rapid City? If it is, I was was looking hard at it! Your gain my lose. Again nice rifle. Yep.. I think a number of folks were looking at it.
