I have 2 of these and one must go. One is 30-06 and the other is 270 win. The 270 is in better condition than the 06 but only in appearance. The 06 has a few scuffs on the stock from normal use but both are otherwise in good condition. If you know what a ks rifle is then you know these are some fine hunting rifles. Putting this out there to see if there is any interest.

Price? Any trade interests? I would be in the market for the 06 maybe.

There is interest but only with prices. Pictures, date of manufacture, modifications, etc. are all very helpful to both seller and potential buyers.

I haven't figured out how to post pictures here. I can email pictures to anyone if you PM me your email. Don't know the dates of manufacture or which stock they have, maybe someone can tell from the pictures. They both are blue with gray stocks. I may be off on the price but was thinking around 800.00 for the 06 and 925.00 for the 270.

Almost all Remington KS rifles look like that.

Saw it on GB, kind of a feeble attempt at humor.

Call Remington with the serial numbers and it will give you the date of manufacture and whether they are indeed Custom Shop rifles.
If you remove the actions from their stocks, often The McMillan ones are stamped in the barrel channel.

Look at left side of barrel for the date stamp which will tell you when made.

The barrels on these rifles don't have the normal stamping of a factory rifle. They have the caliber stamped into the left side and a few marks on the right. I will call Remington tomorrow and get the details.

The 30-06 is listed on gunbroker and the picture above is the rifle. Need to move one of these I'm trying to gather funds to buy a Merkel k1. Will entertain reasonable offers.
