Just decided to sell my 1A in 7x57. SN 133-870xx, built in 2001. I am the original owner. Looks almost new, with a few very light marks on wood. Two sets of rings, high and low. Factory box and owners manual. Not altered in any way.
What would you ask for it or would you go to auction on Gun Broker? I see that the #1 has been discontinued. Should I wait for the price to go up or will it?
Thanks for the help.

The wood is the main thing, although the chambering is a bit of a bonus for some. With plain wood, I'd say about $800, maybe a bit more. With all the ones out there, I don't see a big price bump anytime soon.
Check comps on GB and GI. Post some pics and someone here might buy it.
What fresh Hell is this?

Thanks Pappy. When I posted. I hadn't read the "Dark Day" thread. Lots of info in that. Wood on this rifle is pretty good as is the fitting. When I decided to sell it, I didn't know the #1 had been discontinued. It was just time to thin the herd.

$800 - $900, depending.
I might be interested in it.
