Hunted yesterday morning till 9 am saw 1 button buck.
Heading back out this morning things seem locked up again

Was out with one of the boys this morning and didn't see anything moving.Didn't even bump any ,with the fog here it was a odd morning.

My buddy in Vermont said it was the best hunting conditions they've had in 5 years. 6 inches of tracking snow, and light wind. All the acorn flats, and beechnut ridges were all tracked up. Hang in there!

saw a slammer this morning at 72 yards across from me on another knob....got him interested but he would not commit and close the distance...sat all afternoon in a spot I thought he might come out of...Not !...will be up at 0400 and give it another try tomorrow morning...this guy is definitely worth the effort.

Hope you find what you are looking for,no need for congrats I can kill and fill all my doe tags without a sweat. Raining pretty good here and morning movement has been almost non existent so I think I'll fore go getting myself and gun soaked this am and get out again in the afternoon

Despite almost 2 feet of snow open weekend my son & I have seen over 30 deer this week with 3/4 bucks. None big enough to take yet.

4 doe, Fella out for a stroll wearing a camo jacket accompanied by his hound and pit bull both off the leash walked right through my set up...not the way I had the afternoon sit planned out you might say...
