I liked the Gatco better than the Lansky system. The Gatco had wider hones and an improved method of attaching the rod to the hone.

Amazon only has them from third parties and the prices are ridiculous.

When I go to the Gatco website:
http://www.gatcosharpeners.com/
I get:

I'm wondering if I should have bought Lansky...
