Lightly worn--screen is 99.5%, everything else is 100%. You can see some very light surface wear on the screen when it is off, but that is the extent of the wear. Works great, battery life is excellent(several days between charges, depending on use). I have worn it for a few months and decided to go a different route. $250 shipped with the box, all the bands and the bumper case. Last edited by Jamison; 12/05/16.
