gunswizard Campfire Ranger G Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 17,769	I lived in southern Colorado for a while, the mexicans in the area frequently roasted goats. Never had ocassion to try it though. I hunted elk in the rockies several times, the guides & cooks were all mexican and the food they prepared in camp was always great.
