punch it up. this ain't a search for a 3500 specialty shooter.
it's a search for a low-end single shot Stevens bolt-action shotgun.
maybe it's so rare that it should be priced at 3500 or above?

thanks, i'll check it out. i don't believe that recoil was original. nor the bolt/screw in the bottom of the stock. but, it's one to check out. there's been so few, none of which have been original. all either chopped at one end or the other, or with aftermkt recoilpads. but this is a big help.

for all the do-gooders who walk amongst us, i need a favor.
when ya visit the local gun store, and they have a single shot Steven bolt-action 20 guage in stock, please nudge me w/their contact information.
it'd be a big help, and the more eyes lookin' the better.
thanks. and i'll dance at your wedding, or something.

these must be valuable collector items, or nearly so. got a hardwood stock and everything.
they're out there, hiding out.

Here's a Model 59, but I think they're out of stock. yep, exactly. that seems to happen fairly regular. lot's of older stevens out there, some pretty interesting. i've narrowed my focus to an original single shot bolt-action 20 guage. and i've seen more than one. they've all been modified one way or turther. maybe i'm being too picky and choosy. i even heard some came w/walnut stocks. all i've seen have been beech or some such. a collectible is a collectible.
