This load is still carrying the mail at 800+ fps at 1000 yards, my 300 mags lose nearly three times that much speed in half the distance, funny ain't it?

DANG, hunted my tail off, seen five doe, no bucks, 26-41 degrees with variable winds that gusted to near 20 that never settled under 9mph, brrrrrrrrrrrr.

Had a damn blast chasing them though, brought my wind burnt worn out ass home last night for some proper comfort maintenance from the little Wifey, a big damn bowl of Bison stew and corbread with hot coffee did the trick.
