Gentlemen,
I've been out of this a while, however, my beloved Fury died and I wondered if was time to move up.. Do you have any suggestion between the Fusion and the Shockwave based on fractical field experience? Another model or even maker? Much obliged...

Matt.

I've got both.

From a purely practical viewpoint on the way I call, walking long distances to stands and carrying gear, the Fusion is the way to go.

The Shockwave is louder, and perhaps a little more versatile. But it's bulkier, and weighs more.

Both are state of the art e-callers.

If it was me i would stick with the Fury and send it back for repairs

A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

I had the same decision last year and decided to go the Shockwave. It isn't that much bigger and even if you do quite a bit of walking, you can stick it in a small camera bag and take off.

Gentlemen,
I appreciate the heads up. I'm going shockwave and sending the Fury back for work. It can offset the cost of a decent light... Which the new FoxPro Fire Eye is leaving me fairly cold on... Good calling and Merry Christmas.

Much obliged, Matt.

I had the fury and to me it was a flawed caller, all sorts of issues 2 trips back to foxpro. sometimes it would play the wrong sound. other times it wouldn't pick up the sound from the remote. sometimes even causing me to have to have get up during the middle of the stand.

the shockwave fixed everything.

I'm in the process of figuring out which one to buy. I had two and they both got stolen in Ohio on a hunt which sucked. Fusion, banshee, or crossfire. Will be used for eastern/souther predators and crows (less than anything else).
Is the fusion worth it. Will most of its features really beat the crossfire?

I have looked and used all of them. I currently have a Shockwave. It is pretty big. The Fusion is 95% of what the Shockwave is with a smaller package.

None of the Foxpro sound compare with Wildlife Technology sounds but the remote is light-years better. I won't own another Foxpro that doesn't use the TX1000 remote.
