Sorry. Tried again (and again). Not a valid email address it said.

What does an original buttplate for a 1948 99EG look like? Thanks.

I need a bolt stop and screw for a newer 99 (the shorter one), and a sear screw nut for the same.

Each cap is fitted to the stock and no 2 are exactly alike. It's a crap shoot to find a used one to match.

Buy a new one here and fit it yourself.

grip caps etc.

At one time I bought ten of those, glad I did. All over the map as far as size. Pretty piss poor quality overall.

The company I usually recommend seems to have fallen off the planet.

Midway has one that has good reviews for use on the 99.

Parts needed for a Savage 242 410 o/u bbl.

11, 12, 13,15, 19, 20, 20, 21. It does need 2 of the 20s.

Parts are circled. Either that or a complete bbl assembly where the bbl is of no value.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Thanks,

I'm looking for a friend who bought an old 99 that apparently had been d & t for the Redfield mount. He is trying to find the same mount so he doesn't need to bore more holes or modify the Leopold mount he bought.

Thanks again.

Aqualung

I need a set of EG wood from mid to late fifties. Nothing perfect, would go on shooter.

I have a Lyman 1A tang and a Marbles tang sight for trade bait, if any one is interested.

Thanks.

..found an 1899 crescent buttplate, thanks! Actually found 3 of 'em...

Anyway, looking for EG stock set for a 1939-1940 rifle....not sure what would be correct since this is around the transition to checkering (per Murray's book).

Dont need mounting screws for forearm or buttstock, just furniture. Rifle is a shooter...not collector.

Got lots of trade fodder...

thanks,
dave

I have 2 .300 Sav barrels I'm looking to move. Both are 24". One is from Utica. No sights but the forearm lug is in place.

I'm thinking $120 shipped.

Drop me a PM if interested.
