Not a new series but well worth watching!
Finding and restoring in meticulous detail military fighting planes so they can fly again.
Episode one is a Mustang, number two is a Hurricane.
Time for me to watch the third episode.

Just saw it for the first time tonight, excellent show. The work done on that Mustang was incredible. Well worth a look whether you fly or not.
