I have a Hawkeye I'd like to find a new stock to replace the factory synthetic. Saw LAW "Banser" inlets one for the old tanger 77. I was wondering how much difference there is between the tan 77 vs the Hawkeye? Obviously the tang would need filled but are the rest of the action dimensions close? Just wondering how much work it would be to convert one to the Hawkeye or if it's even possible?

I'm possibly confused, Legendary Arms Works does sell a MK1 Tupperware stock, but they don't call it a "Banser".

The basic footprint of just the action itself isn't a lot different, but because of the tang and comb drop, is a lot to have to fill in.
If plastic is what you want, get a Hogue with the correct inlet.

I'm a firm believer in the theory of " If it bleeds, I can kill it".
