I and two friends hunted in Mozambique in Nov. The dip and pack Co has emailed and asked for who is going to arrange shipping from Africa to US. Who do you suggest?

Do you mean a customs broker to handle things on this end? If so, I used D&L Customs House Brokers in 2014 with complete satisfaction.
I would think the outfitter has a company over there they use regularly for export.

Yep, check with your outfitter. FWIW, it took over a year just to get my trophies from Tete and Chimoi to RSA Afew years ago and that's about average. Moz sets new standards for paperwork slowdowns(translate that into bribes to get the proper stamps on the proper forms). I hunted there twice in 2 different areas with 2 different outfitters and it was the same foot dragging both times. You have PLENTY of time to arrange something.

Thanks I got in touch with several brokers and I am getting more info together. Moz is interesting with the paper work.

It took 13 months to get my buffalo (not mounted). They don't get in any hurry in Moz.
