This is a Provincial legal ruling, not a federal matter. The case and what you have reported has caused a great deal of apprehension in some sectors of the Manitoba public for quite some time. Oh, that makes it much better then..... This is why it is a "legal system" and not a justice system. Jim

I found the story to be so outlandish that I tried to read it online other places. ....to not be found. It's sounding hoaxish to me.
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.
