You can put in up to 6 times for the same tag for most hunts. Moose is the only one that is different I believe (3 bull, 3 cow or 6 cow)

So basically, if you want a specific tag, you put in for the same tag 6 times? And get 6 chances at the same tag?

Not well 'splained nor advertised, IMO.

Correct, apply up to 6 times and apply as many times as you like for each hunt number. Except moose are limited to 6 applications with no more than 3 bull applications.

Be looking for a bigger bull this year as I pulled the Nov/Dec cow tag out here in the valley. Might even shoot a bear during moose season :0

It is a serious improvement IMO. No reason to apply for tags you do not really want and move folks around...

Anyone know anything about DC590? I, along with a friend drew the non-resident only caribou tag.

I shot a couple caribou over near Aniak several years ago...but things have changed. We'll likely get a charter plane to drop us off somewhere.
