I broke the handle in a little hatchet, re-hafted and made a new kydex sheath to replace the shickenchit one it came with...

Looks good, and more practical than the factory leather. I came into some pieces of fire hose I have been using. Seems pretty durable so far, its not going to win any beauty contests though.
