Just brought in a clearance T3. When did they loosen up the slot for the recoil lug? This oe has some linear movement. The lug is tight in the wood. You can however shift the action back and forth on it.

I was just curious if they loosened up the tolerance lately. I know there were a bunch of posts regarding how difficult it was to assemble the early T3. Folks not getting the lug in the slot.

Bed the thing and be done. Have you ever had to go thru the process of sending a rifle back? Just bed the thing...
