I do like them. One thing, I have never liked the safety on them, I don't much like one that locks in the trigger. I do like the Winchester 3 position safety that locks the bolt. Now I see this GENTRY CUSTOM LLC - REMINGTON 700 THREE-POSITION SAFETY SHROUD. Has anybody used one? The older I become the more I am convinced that the voice of honor in a man's heart is the voice of GOD.

My 700 discharged once while I was closing the bolt, unloading it. I'm certain I didn't touch the trigger. Don't blame me. I voted for Trump. Democrats would burn this country to the ground, if they could rule over the ashes.

I have been told so many times how unsafe it is to have to cycle all the rounds thru the chamber to unload them. I have shown several people the safe way to unload a ADL they always seem baffled. I've always been different with one foot over the line.....

Repeat. I have come to like a floor plate so they can be dropped out with the push of a button. You'll shoot your eye out

Any safety, especially one out in the open like that, can be popped off by something brushing against it.
