Many manufacturers outsource sights so different brand rifles may have the same sights. Rather than sights, pick the better trigger for teaching young shooters.

You can't beat the tangent sights on the CZ 452 trainer. I think the new 455 with the long barrel has the same.

One can easily spend 400+$ on iron sights for an Anschutz. The will have finer adjustments than many high end scopes.

Just a suggestion, but a small red dot is easier for kids to understand and allows them to concentrate on holding and squeezing rather than sight alignment.
Actually, it easier for adults too.

Kind of hard to say given the many different models of each. Full on Peep sites or standard rear buckhorn style. Often it is the shooter who will say which they shoot better.
