Bilge what you all want but that 200+ acre RANCH has already but more than a million bucks in my pocket. And the money from it is well on its way to produce another million.

I think a lot (most) here confuse that RANCH with the vineyard/winery/tasting room/highend home which is now in escrow at just under a million.

interesting that croatian connection since i am part croatian.
The family still back there owns a communal farm, usually one month of the year the extended family decends on the farm, to slaughter hogs, pick grapes, make wine, make plum brandy, that kind of thing.
When i was a kid here, i would barefoot stomp grapes in an old wash bucket, still in the back yard, to get the wine making going.
just dawned on me, i could of hired out to stomp some of those croatian transplant grapes, i have experience.
