Thats cool!
My syrup is still at the post office...have not been able to get to town.
What is the proper way to store syrup?
Does it need refrigerated? Can you freeze it?

For long term unopened it's best kept in freezer,once opened store in fridge. If you open it and are going to be away for a time it can still be put in freezer. Maple syrup will not freeze into a solid,may get thick but will return to normal kind of quick once removed from freezer.

We kept out a 40 gallon barrel so people can plan on Christmas gifts,or whatever. Had a pretty good year turning in 9 barrels and bottling up 282 gallons. Thanks to ya'll.
