I have bought several from him. Some he had in stock and some he had on order and I was able to have Shiloh build it exactly like I wanted it and got it within a few months

I, too bought mine through Bill, but I didn't have to wait quite that long.
I hit it lucky that they Siloh was just starting to build mine when I placed my order and Bill had them change a couple of things to get mine exactly as I wished for.
He's a great guy.
