What kinds of cheese do you like, and how do you use it?

Just about anything, although imported Provolone has been a lifelong favorite....

My preferred cheese to just munch on. I buy the big hunk from Costco.

I have yet to try a cheese I don't like...I do however like some more than others. A sharp aged cheddar is likely at the top of the list but, Swiss, Provolone, Any kind of Blue, Feta, Cooper American and anything smoked are all good for snacking on or in a sandwich.

For Italian baked dishes though I need either whole milk or fresh Mozzarella.

I could frickin' live on beer and cheese. Have a Limburger and onion sandwich once in a while washed down with an Old Mill.

Had beer cheese soup at an Atlanta joint called baby Doe's years ago. OMG it was so good!!!

The whole beer and cheese combo are a proven natural.

I love to cut the cheese!

Sharp cheddar, jarlsberg, mozzarella, feta, etc!

Sharp and extra sharp chedder, New York or Vermont style:
(Colosse, Adams Reserve, 1000 Islands River Rat, Cabot, ...)

Now and then some nice squeaky fresh cheese curd.

I love any cheese that isn't bland. Blue, Sharp cheddars.
I like to mix blue and butter with a little minced garlic to melt over a good steak. I like blue with fruit or on salads. Cheddar I like to eat alone. or on salads. sandwiches. I like Parmesan on grilled vegetables. Swiss Havarti, Jarlsberg to eat as a snack. Don't really care for mozzarella or brie.

Grilled cheese sami = muenster
Tacos= caso fresco
Joes special= Monterey Jack
Mac-n-cheese= cheddar, Swiss, American. Not set in stone.
Most any Italian = parmason, Romano, then pecareno.

Pretty much anything else is a cheddar jack blend.

But like willing women, they are all good in most any situation!
