Selling a vortex viper HSLR 4-16x50 FFP rifle scope with xlr reticle. 30mm tube. I am the original owner. Scope is in excellent shape. Selling to try out a higher magnification vortex scope. Selling for $850 at midway. Looking for $600 shipped.

I have never checked out these scopes, how do they compare to leupold glass. I need to get a scope for my 22-250 and go hunt some dogs

You know. I think they compare very well. I have models from the diamondback (base level) to the razor (high level) and they have treated me well. I would say these are better than the vx3's in terms of clarity. On a side note, I dropped my razor spotting scope and damaged the front lense. Vortex fixed it no questions asked.
