For those that knew and shot with Clint, he was ambushed as he got to work this morning as a constable and shot once and died from that wound.
Shooter still at large.
I don't have anymore info at this time.
We are diminished.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

This is a bummer. It was clearly an assassination. Video of the vehicle leaving the area has been released and they are investigating a threat against him that Clint had forwarded to the County DA less than a week before. They gotta catch this perp.

Clint was one of the good guys. Sharp, always willing to help. Razor wit and twisted sense of humor. I will miss him.

Clint was a great guy and I'm saddened by his passing. I just watched his memorial service live streamed, it was a nice send off

Update, it seems Clint's murderer offed himself outside Ben Taub Hospital in Houston the next day... gun matches what killed Clint.
At least it wasn't up to someone else to have to finish off this POS.
And Leatha and kids shouldn't have to worry about them being in danger also.
Changes nothing though unfortunately.
