It's too thin, which results in it either being burned on the outside and completely raw on the inside, or it's over-cooked. Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile. Happily Trapped In the Past (Thanks, Joe) Not only a less than minimally educated person, but stupid and out of touch as well.

Nothing against you or your cook and I'm really not a picky eater at all, (hell just look at me) but that mesquite wood flavor is not my thing. I know I would get my a$$ hung from a street light in Texas for saying it, but to me it tastes like I ate it out of a dirty ash tray. Mike Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor. I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.
