Those conditions put them out hunting at mid-day when it warmed a bit. Normally they are tucked well back into the willows. One can spot them, but always with twigs etc in the way. 1Minute

A lot of framing flexibility with that zoom range. The other is a prime Canon 500 mm F4. That one, however, is a bit much to handle on rapidly moving targets. 1Minute
