Won a bid today for a LNIB 2-7x33 vx-r for my new 375H&H at almost $100 less than retail. Should compliment the rifle well. The flash dot will do well in dark Timber and I like that it's less than 13 oz for a 30mm tube. Any feedback good or bad about this scope?

Actually, you're lucky I've bought two other 2-7s and a 3rd other scope in the last few weeks, or I'd have probably fought you for that one. Already have a 3-9, and they're great scopes for the $ on glass, reticle, and weight for fast and light in the dim. The 2-7 is probably my favorite one. I've spent a good bit of time behind one for load work on a 6.8 AR build I did for a bud. I like it a bit better than my 3-9 even.

Every now and the Ebay can be your friend.. Just got to know the market.

I have the exact same scope.... haven't really spent any time behind it but I will when I get hunting..... I think it's pretty sweet!

I've heard too many stories of sellers having fakes. I guess as long as you do your homework and the seller has a lot of good feedback, you should be OK. Hope it works out for you.

This is the real deal, I know optics enough to tell a fake, plus very high ranked seller. $375 to my door - you bet!
