The whole thing doesn't pass the smell test. NK knows they cannot defeat the US. We could make a parking lot out of them. Why would he take on the US military. I think he knows that in the long run, China is behind him. China backed NK during the Korean war. China could stop this anytime. Why don't they. Guess we may find out.
