I see your scales, but to others following your lead, whose rifle is not sitting on a scale in a pic, add the weight, which I feel is one of the most important of specs.
BTW, great idea!!! I'll see what I can round up.

 Remington 700 Short Action, trued, Ceracoated. Krieger #5 barrel, finished at 22" Holland Recoil Lug. McMillan Sporter, 50/50 red/black, 1" Decelerator, extra sling swivel stud, 13.5" LOP. Willams trigger guard, Ceracoated. Talley Lightweights. Shown w/ Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10 Tactical, but currently has Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10x44 w/ turrets. 8lbs, 13oz as shown. All work perormed by Jim Myers of One Hole Gunworks.

Rick, When you say 1" shank, is that measured from the face of the action to the start of the barrel radius, face of the recoil lug to start of the barrel radius, or does it include the threads to the start of the barrel radius? GB

This picture is for all those that have inquired about Howa actions. The stainless steel is a standard Howa 1500, the blued is the Lightweight 1500. The lightweight has the metal removed from both sides of the receiver from the azz end to the beginning of the front ring. You can see how the receiver has an angled look (I hate to say it, but ala A-bolt). The other difference is the hollowed out bolt knob Can't tell you how much weight this saves, can't imagine much more than a few ounces, but there it is for future reference. The S/S will be another 223AI, the blued I have no idea yet.
