I do not like pit bulls. If there is a pit bull around, my family and I are leaving, i dont trust them things at all. Stats dont lie.

Garage/shed cleaning today. I made MAJOR husband points today. Somehow we lost my wife's nativity set in the move and I found them today. Looking forward to a good evening! I might even ask if I can go elk hunting this year.....

I just talked to Jeremy, he is at LOW fishing this weekend and he said the fishing is terrible. But he said the beers are going down good.

Fishing is never terrible. The catching of the actual fish might be as good as other days but......

i asked the elk hunting question and got turned down. might hide the nativity scene to get even !

Ryan what is the danged deal, any word on the house? You have the worst luck in having to wait....and wait.....and wait....for big, life changing decisions.

we submitted the offer late in the afternoon on friday, it might not have made it to the seller before closing, so my realtor is going to their office first thing monday to figure it out.

You can always refrase it like I do. Let her know to keep the schedule clear on those dates because you're going elk hunting.

My son's in the same boat. He has an offer in on a house in MT. Preliminary word is that he got it, but nothing official yet.

Thunder boomers here last night and about an inch of rain. Woke up this morning to "No snow" and green grass. Took a drive along the Wisconsin River this PM. It's over the banks in a lot of locations. 72 degrees here right now.

We got the boomers here too. It was a beautiful day here. It was 76* at one point. We did a lot of yard work today. I'm pretty whipped out. Had all the windows and doors open, then we got a big gust of wind and I swear the temp dropped 15* with that gust. It's cool now, and looks like rain.

It might not be a bad idea to take a pro active approach and give them a call. maybe let 'em know you need a place and theirs ain't the only one for sale in a somewhat down market.

A number of tornadoes hit North (Merrill area) and South (Adams county)of us between 5 and 7 PM Sunday. Appears to be quite a bit of property damage.

Had my annual VA physical this morning. Took the river route over to Wisconsin Rapids. Saw a lot of minor flooding and water was on the road in one location.

got a counter offer, a long ways from my original offer. submitting a new offer of take it or leave it meeting them halfway.

that is what we did when we bought our house too. It works more often than not.

hurry up and wait! I love it. I know what you are going through, but since it aint me, I can see the humor in it! with your luck, do you have to wait to see if they accept your offer at the grocery store? Do pop machines stall after you insert your coins? You poor guy!

I noticed you used the term "we" when you talked about the offer. You havent already met and married a sweet little thang out there have ya?
