What loads do you guys have with 225 and 250 bullets in the 338 Federal and the 358 Winchester, and what is the FPS are you getting?

I think both are fine under 300 yds with good shot placement.
If it were me, I'd load a 185x in 338Fed or 210 partition, possibly a 225gr.
In 358W, a 225 Sierra or Partition.

Thanks 65BR, I have seen that. I was hoping someone had loads for the 338 Federal with 225 and 250 grain buletts.....

The 338 Federal with the 210 TSX is an excelent performer for sure, as these photo's will attest.. Exit in Hide Rifle used was a Kimber total wieght of 6 pounds including scope Check out the size of the wound in the heart
I got banned on another web site for a debate that happened on this site. That's a first

This load is one I worked up to in my .358 rifle - use caution in yours!
52 gr of W-748 under a 225 partition, CCI Std LR primer, Win .358 brass. 2572 FPS
Dropping to 50 gr gave 2535 FPS and is the load I settled on.
Both powder charges also worked with 225 gr TSX, but accuracy was a little more consistent with the partition.

21-inches. The above are the average of 5 rounds over the chrono.
