I have a few barrels that i see no usein keeping around....hopefully some of you all can find a use for them.
First is a threaded for a Mauser 98. No idea as to manufacturer. I took this off of a donor action. Stainless, bead blaseted, 23.5 inches long. Fairly slim profile. (.550" at muzzle) doesn't look to have been fired much at all. $80 shipped SPF
Next is a factory ruger 77 barrelchambered in 300 Win mag. Magnum contour. (.625" at muzzle) Nice bluing, rifling looks great. $50 shipped
Finally I have a Pac-nor barrel that I purchased used about a year ago. Threaded for a CZ action Marked "Spearfish Guns" on the side. Blued, 22 1/2" long, #4 contour, 6 flutes, 5 grove, 1-10 twist, .680 muzzle diameter, and according to the previous owner, less than 50 rounds fired through it. $140 shipped
I don't know if the CZ threads will fit anything else. the outside diameter of the threads is 1.004" and the diameter at then inside of the threads is .931. If rethreading, It will probably be necessary to cut the shank off and start from scratch. (you'll lose .618' of overall barrel length.)
Here's a closer pic of the chamber area of the barrel.
