I saw a bumper sticker yesterday that said Tweekers
SuckNot familiar with the term (IIRC, I actually do live under a rock) I asked my good friend google about it. Here's some of what I found. Sad. Meth heads. Tinkle Tweakers - Tinkle Tweakers are meth users who store their urine and faeces, and attempt to recover the un metabolized methamphetamine from those materials. We have performed activities in residences containing dozens upon dozens of 2 litre soft drink bottles filled with urine waiting to be processed. In such labs it would not be uncommon to find as much as 100 litres of stored urine.

I'd heard the term but had thought it just referred to deranged end of the roaders that just as soon shoot you as talk to you.

Used to haul quite a few meth head patients as a pilot flying EMS choppers. Pretty ugly lives, and VERY sketchy to have in the aircraft, even chemically restrained...

Well, the funny thing is at first glance I thought it said "Tweeners Suck". I thought it was someone protesting the spike-fork/50" - 3 brow tine rule for moose. The bulls that are in the too big and at the same time too small slot are commonly referred to as "tweeners".

I met a tweeker cat at the vet, that wouldn't eat for up to a week at a time. She'd been rescued from a meth house, and she was back at the vet for IV nutrition. Poor kitty.

It's bad enough what goes into most drugs...
I can't imagine someone thinking it'd be worth a high when you know what goes into meth.
