This is an older gloss 4X scope with a straight fine crosshair and a target dot (pretty rare reticle).It has various scratches on the tube from one end to the other,and a dent in one turret cap,tube is somewhat faded (no cherry here this thing has been used)..The glass looks good ,really bright and clear .I figure by the color on the lens coatings it has been sent in and updated by leupold but i cant say for sure.Feel free to make an offer OR i will trade for knives or optics..$100 shipped Priority mail

Seafire Campfire 'Bwana S Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 42,697 Southern Oregon USA	I bought one of these a while ago, for less money, but it still is a bargain at the listed price... just like mine, these are great to mount on a vintage rifle if you are like me... mine sits on a sporterized Enfield which was sporterized in the 1960s.....1917 Winchester Made Enfield.. but it sure looks like a 1950s classic.... that old 4 power with the dot reticle, works out to 300 yds plus just fine...and actually doesn't do a bad job in the brush either... Good choice in my book.. good luck to the seller here.. and the buyer is snagging a great buy...
