I called them about the Ultra Ivory grips about a month ago. They were listed as "available" on their website. The person I spoke with said that they are on the shelf, but require hand finishing before being sent out. I was told that it would take about two weeks.

I'm still a 'sucker' for the stag grips.

Shoot Patrick Grashorn an email if you're interested in stag or Elk grips; he also does desert Bighorn ram and other sheep's horn grips.

No, I have a source for them, a guy right here in Tennessee. The longest I've waited was 4 days.

I love mine. Made a taller front sight and fire lapped fifteen rounds so far. It's a wonderful carry gun. Round count is approaching 500 with zero problems. Can't wait to shot it again although my schedule for the next three weeks is busy busy (sigh)

I'd love to be able to put my hands on a 69, no pun intended.

Heck Yeah!

Great shot Travis.

I was kayaking on the snake river yesterday and the oldest daughter spotted a very nice looking fox hauling butt up the rocks along the canyon rim, trying to put some distance between him and us. Would have been a tough shot, even if we were ashore.

Well done!

Nice looking .44 Travis...do you know what year it was made?

I replaced the Miculek grips you liked on the Mountain Gun with a set of Eagle Sledgehammer grips...they work much better for me...

And nice shot on the fox....Bob

I don't recall the year it was made. It is a dash-two.

Could have had a dog that afternoon but things didn't work out. Maybe this week.

I only do that with fixed sight guns. Otherwise, it just throws the whole tone off.

the acme of handgunning--crafty canines!

what pill did you use, and how far was the shot?

i have to say, you've got it made living up there....
