Lot of SW's in this thread. And rightfully so. Any thoughts on the new Colt Anaconda?

Good looking grips.

For those who want something similar, (except the handgrips), the .44 Bisley SBH 3.75" is a great Wilderness companion if you haven't got your .480 Ruger or .475, yet.

Thank you SheriffJoe and The_Real_Hawkeye. I like these grips much better than the rubber ones that it came with. I’m very happy with how well it shoots and it’s a joy to carry.

Nice. Good size ham!

I have the same revolver, but mine 3.75 inches and added Chigs Grips. It feeds well on 280 gn cast, 265(SOLID) and 255gn cast.

My usual woods gun unless venturing in areas of higher bear populations. Then I break out the .480Ruger 4.62" Bisley or sometimes the 6.50" for the loadout.

Still waiting for the 4.62 inch Bisley .44 Magnum version.

Going on almost two years! Ordered it the day they announced production.

I've got one of the new ones and really like it. I also have a couple of Smiths and like them as well.

5 inch 629. Shot a few does with the 240 xtp. Using 240 swx from Mackey now, but haven’t shot anything with it yet.

I just got one of the new Colt Anacondas. Work bought it for me for my 20 year anniversary. 8" for better sight radius for these failing eyes. I've only tried 180 xtp in it so far, but and working on a LBT WFN style bullet mold.

Nice!

I really like my 6", but I want an 8" barrel too. smile

I wonder if there's any plans at CZ to bring out new blued snake guns?

Too many handgun optic projects right now to go after an 8".

Drops in with a front locking screw ala Freedom Arms.

Nice.

I’ve had the 8 inch model since about 1994
