yep chicken and noodles, beef stroganoff of course, turkey tet, heck I like em all but the Sweet and Sour stuff is a bit too sweet for my liking so tend to stay away from that.
however I love the blueberry granola, tastes great to me
the mashed tater dishes taste good but agree not worth the hassle factor for me when hunting
and I agree with the comment about the lasagna and getting the spoon clean, however if a guy were to take a tumble and break his stock, you could probably repair it with the lasagna. that stuff dries hard fast, don't know that i enjoy the thought of it doing likewise in my intestines!
plus I also like Alpine Aire, Sweet Peach and Pecan chicken, Leonardo Fettucini and love the side dishes, corn, applesause, and they make a bean dip that is great with fritos (high c/o in chips)
just picked up some new stuff that's supposed to be really good, can't recall if it's BP pantry or something else, think it's another brand.
we are so lucky, to have to choose from what we do. I know some old school high country hunters that lived on candy bars till they got game, YECCHH! I like candy bars, but not as a meal substitute.
bottom line though with what we have to choose from if it doesn't taste good at the end of the day, you need to add the number one seasoning, appetite, IOW's you ain't hunting hard enough.
