I'm happy to correlate the obvious and use common sense,at your expense.

Perhaps you'll dig the footage?!!? LINK. Especially in conjunction with the pics?

You'll note that is more 7-08 grandeur, though I'm certain you'll feel free to top it?!!?

LOL, thanks for obliging... your ego exceeds your height and that out-numbers your IQ, which is usually the case with your kind!

Thanks man...

Larry, your chest thumping is fascintaing as those familiar with your narcissistic diatribes/rants know well.

You also know well I'm mostly a thirty fan and that the practical reality is either will do what the other will do.

BUT, since the 7's are your chosen hill to die on you'll never let reality cloud your devotion to your ego and your hill.

After you were finally kicked off this forum for your childish and drunken spew-sessions, several of your buds tried to fill your shoes. Really none have ever quite measured up to the maniacal, single-minded arrogance of their master.

Dude, you're an open book and we all get to take a look... you're the pathetic soul that gets to live in the pages...

As I mentioned prior: Feel free to muse a 30cal "advantage".

I do more on an off day, than you have in a Life and in retrospect I reckon you've a right to be riled. Trouble is,a 50 point IQ will not meld that void.

Though on the bright side, you've the podium to try and explain same.

Didn't mean to horn you up and make you feel compelled to buy new Pom-Pom's.

We'll allow you and Brad's latent commentary slide, under the presumption that someone will TRY to factor the 308 as an "advantage".

You've 1 Strike.

Well schitt, if you read the whole thread I told the guy I'd have bought the 7-08 because its cheaper.

I've got 5 308s right now in the safe. Only the Kimber 84 Montana for a sporter though. On the other end I've got the 260. I don't feel the need for a 7-08. Why buy more dies and brass?

I know how to hunt. I've dropped damn near all my game well inside of 200 yards. So seriously, whats a 7-08 going to do for me that a 308 can't?

I was just a little shocked that such a burley tough logger type would drink Mikes Lemonaide. That'd get you laughed right out of a Logyard anywhere in Montana.

well I'll be danged lookee what the cat drug in?

Howdy Stick, good to see you post as Brad mentioned there's been posers but no one close to the real deal.

lemme guess, some of that Slope money might have gone to a new rifle or two a Mickey some TTSX and moly?

seems like old times, you and Brad jawin at one another like you never missed a beat!

you'd think the World Wide Web would be big enough to accomodate both of youse?

heck even the campfire has grown, it's just an idea mind you, but you boys could put your spurs away long enough to maybe catch us up on career, kids and hunts.

you always could tell a story, and I hope to hear some of em

bad news is Brad is no longer a flatlander, I've seen pics of him on the mountain.

course Brad could've photoshopped that danged ole helicopter outa them pics! (jk Brad and believe you KNOW that)

but gotta admit Stick showed up in the nick of time, I was about to shrivel up reading this thread thinking I'd screwed the pooch snaggin a 7-08 recently.

course is is in a lt weight with a light barrel, won't shoot

unless you squeeze the trigger, then it makes me smile!

I'll shut up, if you'll quit proddin Brad and tell us what the Sam hail you been up to.

enquiring minds want to know

and so do some of us dumb sumbitches

I'm a touch ashamed to cart it in such a manner, though this jives with my 2008 Toyota 4-door TRD 4WD.

Again...to Brad's chagrin,I forgot my 26" #7 contoured 1-9" HS barreled 7-08(SAAMI).

My "troubles" remain the same. I've simply been shooting, while others are talking about same.

In actuality, the cheapest I've ever worked in my life was on The Slope. It took some getting used to.

ANYONE that laudes the 308Win...simply ain't shot much and the 7-08 blows that sumbitch outta the water on ALL counts. Though I'll patiently await the musings of them that dismiss Physics and such.(grin)
