Alaska A sweet shot I got on Memorial Day. I ran the boat down to the cabin and set the mooring buoy. Mom flew down on a 182 to stay for a week. While waiting for the plane, I watched and took pix of a beaver swimming around in the salt charting new territory.

I was a fishing guide at the time and headed south for work during the winter and never made it back except on a cruise ship a couple years ago. Amazing country.
