Fellas:

wondering if any of you would be willing to share you experiences with AHR (American Hunting Rifles). I am planning on sending my CZ to them to be worked over. The second step will be to have them restock the rifle in a nice piece of walnut I have on hand. Caliber is 375 H&H and this will be my general purpose hunting arm for a while.

I've had Ed and Wayne build me two of their DGR (.375 H&H and .458 Lott) and one Big Game (9.3x62) rifle. Accuracy, fit, finish, feeding, extraction, and customer service have been exceptional. Very good people to deal with.

Did they GunKote the metal FOsteology? What is it like? Would you mind posting any pics you may have?

Specs on the 375; i.e. barrel length, factory barrel,yes? other?

Yes, AHR coated all three rifles with GunKote. My experience is that CeraKote wears and holds up better than GunKote.

Another point regarding AHR rifles, they balance extremely well. All three feel a bit lighter than their listed weights. The stocks fit me well, they shoulder naturally and felt recoil (even with the Lott) is quite manageable.

Here's mine, an AHR Big Game in 30-06. The safety and trigger are the best I've ever used. The gun is a bit heavier than I'd like, and I may eventually have it rebored to a 35 Whelen or 9.3x62...
