Being in the country illegally and committing murder should be a "special circumstance" requiring the death penalty and carried out within 90 days of conviction.

Mike I kind of had the same thought as Barkof. I live in area with a sea of these people(the majority of my own neighbors dont even speak English) and most dont look like this guy at all.
