Burleyboy Campfire Regular Registered: 11/18/04 Posts: 1124 Loc: Idaho	The 284 168g vld has about the same BC as the 308 210g vld. I've driven the 210 vld around 2750fps in a 300 wsm and I've seen the 168g driven to near 3000fps in the 7 wsm. If your talking truly long range I'd consider the 7 for anything smaller than elk. If your going elk and bigger the 308 210 might be better. I'm shooting the 210 vld in my 300 RUM at 3100 fps and it's looking promising. Bb
