Things like honest-to-goodness wonderful chili with grease floating on the top, chicken-fried steak, biscuits and sausage gravy, coney islands (hot dogs with chili, onions 'n mustard on 'em) and big greasy hamburgers with a large slice of onion and 2 or 3 slices of dill pickle on 'em, a big, soft, juice-soaked bun, with yellow mustard and ketchup drippin' outta 'em, a salty pile of French fries and a big chocolate malt. Oh, YEAH !~!~!
Then there's the "Rebel Burger"... a sandwich with a big sausage patty
AND a big hamburger patty with onion, pickle, mustard, ketchup surrounded by a hamburger bun with poppy seeds on it... and a Coke!
And we can't forget those "hot-shots"... beef hot-shots, chicken hot-shots, turkey hot-shots... generous sandwiches stacked with the meat-of-choice cut in half, then separated and a big glob of mashed potatoes flopped down between the two halves and the whole thing covered by at least a pint of rich gravy.
