Looks like fun. I wish I could have made it up.
I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Dave grat pics. Looks like everyone had a good time. That ice palace is something else. The Igloo bar is cool to (Pun intended). Where there any fish caught?

looks like some solid fun out there Dave. We ended up with 10 saugers 1 perch and 1 burbot. It was slow for us. Sure wish we would have quit sooner and came over that away!
It is a silly fish that is caught twice with the same bait!

All you folks an' yore fitchin'. You missed out on the free seminar this weekend! But we got it done. All moved in except for the swingset which is froze down. I should say all moved out, as we are a long ways from being settled. Every room is piled high with boxes. Some of which even belong in that room. The office is running. I asked my uncle to take apart the old office and label every wire where it came from and where it goes to. Now with a home office, there are quite a few wires....say 10 or so. I got here and there was 1 note that say blue wire to computer and yellow wire to embarq. So I started sticking things in holes until I found one I liked and got it all working.
Ah, the good life. Home at last. A year of turmoil and we are here! Absolutely fantastic.
A Fed Fish and Wildlife job ye after, eh? Can't help you there, but I think there was a Pheasants Forever job posting in Nebraska not too long ago. I usually get the job announcements for PF if you are interested at all....
What you do today is important, you are trading a day in the rest of your life for it.

Good to hear your moved in, kind of.
I have to do the same thing, label all the wires so I know where the heck they go back.
Do you have any pics for us?

Muffy,
I havent been around much lately with taking care of the wife and yard monkeys. I just read about your friends family member denied emergency leave by the red cross.
First off my condolences to the family, secondly is the funeral over with already? If so then there is nothing that can be done.
If not please contact me with his name rank unit MOS and branch of service (Army, National Guard, Reserves, Marines, etc.) and who the point of contact was with the red cross as I would like to make some calls on his behalf if he wants.

Visitation for Elliot is tonight and the funeral is tomorrow. So yeah it is too late for anything to be done. But thank you so much. The thought will be be greatly appreciated by the family. It has been a very hard week for the family and all of us. The worst is yet to come. We just have to remember little angel Elliot is in a better place and God is watching over him. Here is a picture of Elliot taken the morning of his 3 month birthday. We didn't know how terrible that day would end. I hope you all don't mind that I posted a picture of him. He was such a special little boy.

What a cute little boy. Glad you posted it Muffy. Like I said before, nothing as tragic as the loss of a child. Continued Prayers for Elliot and his family.

FINALLY!!!! My basement is finished. Well, it's as finished as I'm going to get it anyway. There was supposed to be a wet bar built along the shorter red wall, but I'm not going to do that now, since we're moving. But it will be easy for someone eles' project. Here is what has been giving me fits for the last year or so, especially in the last month. Before: [img:center] [/img] after: [img:center] [/img] Kids trying out the new digs: [img:center] [/img] Princess: [img:center] [/img]
