I just bought my first scope for Mr.Roy last week.I had spent some time on his websight and found the Non paying customers page as well.
This goes back to the old benchrest days.You order the product.The product shows up and you pay for it after you get it.Thats the way the oldtimers do business.Its the way Mr. Roy still does business.Half to wonder whats going through these peoples heads.Not much I guess.

What is going through there head is 0. They do not respect themselves or others. To buy something from a person with no intentions to pay them takes a person with no Consciousness.

I call them pole-smokers.

I don't know about anyone else, but this seems more like an advertisement for people to order a scope with no intention of paying for it in the first place. I think I would be a bit more prudent about what information I leaked if I was losing that much money...

I disagree, I have been in business for years and received my share of bad checks and excuses from customer's after the job/sale was completed. I had to resort with small claims court, but if I did have an internet sales business, YOU DAMN RIGHT I WOULD POST THERE NAME!

Sharpnel, dealers try to be careful, but these con-artist are always coming up with new plans to [bleep] someone. Its what they do and there getting better & better at it!

I have sold lots of stuff, no where near as much as these people, but lots, and with few exceptions have been paid first. If I was the deadbeat these people are in not paying, this would be just the type of place I would prey on to get something for nothing.

Disagree or not, this is a red flag attraction to people that want to screw others out of their merchandise.

Diagree or not,people who order something and dont pay for it, are walking talking Ps-O-S.

I sure would not want to buy anything from them say in the classifieds of this or any other message board.

Really nice that folks like Alex at eurooptic still have confidence that the VAST majority of people are fair and trustworthy. I feel the exact same way and am only very rarely disappointed.

So who is gonna start calling these losers?

When I get home from work, I am going to call Euro and see if they want to hire a collector. There is enough money on the line, I think they could pay someone to start collecting.

Shrap the leg breaker

Once my product and service are installed in someone's home I have a tough time getting money if the customer decides not to pay. Going to court for a judgement or filing a lien isn't cost effective and time consuming.Many people have been screwed and burned by bad contractors and it puts them at ease not having to pay till product and services are rendered to their satisfaction....just good business practice to deliver what you promise before being paid JMHO

Unfortunately, there are people that feel they have been screwed or wronged in some way or just imagine they have that use non payment as a way of getting even. The construction trade is among the worse. I have been in court, when employed by GE & Westinghouse, with attorneys collecting delinquent accounts from $100,000 to over $1 million. Even with excellent attorneys & every thing in writing many times the settlement was about 50%.

If you need any help I have some good ol' boy friends in Louisiana that would love to take these people "swimming".
