Hello Rick. I have been reading your article on the X Pro trigger. I bought a first generation Remington 700 R5 Mil Spec rifle. It came with the regular standard 700 old style trigger. Newer one's come with the X Pro trigger. Well i seen one for sale on one of the auction sites and decided to buy it. After installing it i could not get it to adjust properly. Yesterday i took it off and decided to put the old trigger back. After installing it i noticed it had a noticable creep in it and would not go away. I decided at that point that i would put the X Pro back in and try one more time to get it adjusted to where i wanted it weight wise. In any event i now could not find the sear spring. I tried the one from the other trigger but it seem to be to stiff and to long. I want to buy an after market like Wolf but i am not sure on what to order and if they come in different strenghts/weights etc. Your thought's on this would be greatly appreicated. Thanks for your time, Rick Sr. Firemen281Ret@Sbcglobal.net

Firefightre281, Rick B no longer posts here TTBOMK. There are other who may be able to answer your question. I would look for a Holland spring kit for your trigger. Good luck with your project.

Thanks for the pics, Rick. I ripped one apart, too, because I was afraid of killing an internal spring while heating the screws to get the sealant loose.. E clips from NAPA work just fine to replace the one-way circlip and that stupid, tamperproof snap ring. Grrrr.
