He'd spray you down with Scent Killer then rip your arm off. grin He is one high energy dude.

Something you might like BM, I've been seeing a lot of pheasants around here. No game farms close either, I'm pretty sure these are native birds. My FIL has seen one about 3 days a week on his walks.

I've seen 2 roosters and 3 hens. The roosters have been several miles apart, so I'd be surprised if they're the same bird. Pretty neat. There is no season on them in this area, so they can expand the pop. a bit.

WOW.
as long as all they do is think it, thats ok.
if it were me and the people tried to reneg on the deal, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone who wouldn't honor the first offer just because they got cold feet.

just my .02 though

There won't be any "re-offer".... well, there won't be any accepted one. I don't have time or energy for games.

If we didn't have a re-location company, it would be a lot different, because I would just keep the earnest money. But since we have a re location company, the relo comp. is the one that signs the offer. Is a bit screwy and confusing.

I hate selling a house. Buying is fun and exciting.

Speaking of pheasants. We have quite a few around my place. On the way to work in the morning, this time of year, its not uncommon to see 10 - 20 Roosters and multiple hens in one 10 mile stretch of my drive. I have CRP on three sides of my property and the Roosters cluck like crazy every spring. Drives my lab nuts! smile

Been a long time since I chased ditch parrots. May head down towards Fergus Falls this fall to chase some as a client down that way says he can get us on them.

Grilled pheasant wrapped in bacon and stuffed mushroom caps with some light apple wine...mmmm.

Welcome to my world...

But really, feeling old and sore because you were working on your daughters car together is better than feeling old and sore cause you were up all night wondering where she was...you're a good man ND...stick to it, you'll be glad you did..
